AMRAP in 8 minutes:
15 V-ups
10 Wall Jumps (Big, Small)
5 Ring Dips (men-Strict, women- kipping)

 

Level 1 WOD:

AMRAP in 8 minutes:
20 second consecutive Hold on Rings
15 V-ups
10 Wall Jumps (Small)

MOD 1: RD (10 Green Band Dips)

MOD 2: RD (10 Box Dips – feet straight out)

MOD 3: RD (15 Box Dips – Knees bent)

MOD 2: (2 x 5 second consecutive hold on rings), Jump to Support on walls
