Level 1 & 2 WOD:
With a partner complete:
5 rounds for time on the 4 minute interval:
30 Deadlifts (225,155)
**In any remaining time before the 4 minutes, both partners will simultaneously complete as many ball slams as possible.
**Rest 1 minute between rounds
**Both partners will work at the same time at different stations. When one partner breaks a set, switch places. Once 30 reps of each are completed, start on ball slams.
**Score for today is total # of ball slams
