(Taren knocking back a few pull-ups.  Did you know that she couldn’t do even one pull-up when she started CrossFit? Now, pull-ups are just another day at the park.)

Level 2 WOD

AMRAP in 12 minutes:
10 Wall Balls (20,16)
30 Double Unders
5 Bar Muscle-ups

**Level 2 Challenge – All sets unbroken.  On BMU, if unbroken is out of reach, go for 3 unbroken each set. Not mandatory, but push yourself to be better!

 

Level 1 WOD

AMRAP in 12 minutes:
5 Toes to Bar
5 Pull-ups
10 Wall Balls (16,10)
15 Double Unders

Level 2 MODs:

MOD 1: WB (16,14), 1 T2b -1 C2B complex x 5 (do 1 T2b and link it to 1 C2b PU..repeat 5x)

MOD 2: WB (14,10), 5 T2b and then 5 C2B PU (do all 5 of one and then all 5 of the other)

**Head to over to Level 1 WOD RX from here.  Do that rep count, not the Level 2 rep count.

 

Level 1 MODs:

MOD 1: WB (14,6), KTE, Strict Green Band PU

MOD 2: WB (10,6), V-ups with holding wall ball in hands, Kipping Green Band PU

MOD 3: WB (6),Regular  V-ups , Strict Black Band PU
