Level 2 WOD:

100 Wall Balls for time (20,16)
At the top of each minute stop and do 10 Double Unders

**For an extra challenge, try 10 triple unders… ONLY IF YOU CAN DO 5 TRIPLES CONSECUTIVELY CONSISTENTLY

 

Level 1 WOD:

100 Wall Balls for time (14,10)
At the top of each minute stop and do 10 Single Unders

**For an extra challenge, try 5 double unders. This cannot take you more than 30 seconds.

Level 2 WOD:

MOD 1: (16,14)

 

Level 1 WOD:

MOD 1: (10,6)
