(Carla is getting closer and closer to her full ROM handstand push-ups!  A little more practice and strength building and she will have it.)

Level 2 WOD:

4 rounds for max reps:
Minute 1: 15 Wall Balls (25,20)
Minute 2: 10 Ground to Overhead Anyhow (115,75)
Minute 3: Max Unbroken Muscle-ups
Rest 2 minutes

 

Level 1 WOD:

4 rounds for max reps:
Minute 1: 10 Wall Balls (20,16)
Minute 2: 8 Ground to Overhead Anyhow (75,55)
Minute 3: Max Unbroken Push-ups
Rest 2 minutes

**If you can do more than 20 unbroken push-ups on your feet, I suggest doing the L2 workout with a modification today.

Level 2 MODS:

MOD 1: MU (Broken Sets)

MOD 2: WB (20,16), MU (Max unbroken ring dips on high rings)

MOD 3: WB (16,14), MU (Max Ring dips on high rings.. may be a broken set)

MOD 4: WB 16,14), GTO (95,65), MU (Max unbroken Clapping pushups.. if you get to 20 within a round, stop.)

 

Level 1 MODs:

MOD 1: WB (16,14), PU (Broken sets)

MOD 2: WB (14,10), Unbroken Knee Push-ups

MOD 3: WB (10,6), GTO (45,25), Broken sets of Knee Push-ups
