Level 2 WOD:

AMRAP in 20 minutes:
10 Unbroken Wall Balls (20,16)
15 Toes to Bar
10 Unbroken Wall Balls
50 Double Unders

**If you break on your set of wall balls, you must start again from zero.  This includes dropping the ball, missing the target, missing range of motion, or pausing in order to regroup your rhythm.


Level 1 WOD:

AMRAP in 20 minutes:
8 Wall Balls (14,10)
8 Toes to Bar
8 Wall Balls
20 Double Unders

Level 2 MODs:

MOD 1: Unbroken WB (16,14)

MOD 2: Unbroken WB (14,10), Knees to Elbows


Level 1 MODs:

MOD 1: Knees to Elbows, 1 successful DU + 19 DU Attempts (if you do not get at least one successful DU, but you do get 20 DU attempts, then you must do 50 singles on top of it… Get those DU today!)

MOD 2: V-ups, 50 singles
