(Ring Rows help develop the pulling power in order to do pull-ups and rope climbs.  Gary and Brandi-Ann were working together and going rep for rep yesterday.  Give them little bit of time and you will see them going rep for rep on pull-ups!)

Level 2

Every minute on the minute for 10 minutes:
Odd: 10 Wall Balls (20,16)
Even: 10 Chest to Bar Pull-ups
**If you have any remaining time before the top of the next minute, do as many Triple Unders as possible. The total number of TU you achieve will be your score for the workout.

 

Level 1

Every minute on the minute for 10 minutes:
Odd: 8 Wall Balls (14,10)
Even: 5 Pull-ups
**If you have any remaining time before the top of the next minute, do as many Double Unders as possible. The total number of DU you achieve will be your score for the workout.

MOD 1: TU Attempts, 8 Strict Chin Over PU, WB (16,14)

MOD 2: DU, 10 Kipping Chin Over PU, WB (14,10)

 

Level 1 MODs:

MOD 1: DU attempts, 5 Green Band PU

MOD 2: Lateral Hurdle Jumps, 5 Black Band PU, WB (10,6)
