In teams of 3, complete AMRAP in 30 minutes of:
40 Pistols (L+R=2)
40 Wall Balls (20,16)
**For this WOD, each partner will start at a separate station and complete the designated number of reps. Every minute on the minute, everyone stops and does 3 burpees and then resumes their work where they left off. If you finish your work before the rest of your teammates finish theirs, do toes to bar until the finish. Once everyone has finished their work, rotate to the next station. Continue with the pattern for 30 minutes. Score is total number of meters rowed + total number of pistols+total number of wall balls +total number of toes to bar completed for all three team members.
MOD 1: Pistols to a ball, WB (16,14)
MOD 2: Pistols to 3 plates, WB (14,10)
MOD 3: Pistols to a box, WB (10,6)
