WOD #1:

AMRAP 9 minutes:

6 Pull-ups

9 Front Squats (Medium-Heavy weight… a hard set of 9, maybe unbroken or 2 sets to complete)

12 Box Jumps

 

**For this part of the workout, you and a partner will do the same weights and box jump height.  You will do the workout like we normally do. Go at the same time and do the entire workout as an individual.  At the end, we will put your scores up side by side. Whoever has the most reps wins the battle. Whoever loses will have a penalty to complete at the end of the entire WOD.

 

WOD #2: Will begin 5 minutes after WOD #1 ends

4x 2 minute row for calorie battles

**Each person will row 4 times for 2 minutes each. You will get to rest while your partner rows their calories.  These are all out rows. The person with the most calories rowed over all 4 rounds wins this battle. Whoever loses will have a penalty to complete at the end of the entire WOD.
