(Cary and Amber practicing pull-ups last week. For many people just getting started, pull-ups seem like an unattainable goal.  But with enough practice, enough time, and enough perseverance, ANYONE can do pull-ups!)

Level 1 & 2 WOD:

Overhead Squat 1-1-1-1-1
Front Squat 1-1-1-1-1
Back Squat 1-1-1-1-1

**Your goal for this workout is add weight on every lift. You will start with the OHS, do 5 lifts, then start on the FS. Your first rep of FS, should be heavier than your last set of OHS, follow pattern for the rest. You are also trying to go as heavy as possible on each lift. Can you get 3 PR’s today?
