(Proof that you are a part of a family when you are at CFJ.  This class was made up of ALL original CFJ members.  6 years later, 2 weddings, 7 kids, and a million laughs later, we still workout and do life together. Thank you Amber, Taren, Brie, and Molly for being on this journey with us!)

Level 2 WOD:

For time:
30 Thrusters (135,95)
then, at the 10 minute mark…
30 Snatch (135,95)
then, at the 20 minute mark…
30 Clean and Jerk (135,95)

**Stop working on each set at the 7 minute mark regardless of how many reps you have achieved and rest for the next set. You will have three scores for this workout… a total time to completion for each section or the number of reps completed within the 7 minute cutoff.
