CrossFit is a program designed to help YOU live YOUR life more efficiently and effectively, no matter what adventure you are living. As opposed to becoming a specialist in one or two areas of fitness, you will be trained across 10 general skills of physical preparedness that will help you perform optimally in all areas of your daily life including playing with your kids, running a 5K, skiing the slopes, and having confidence to ask for a raise at work.
You will be strong enough to move a couch or get a personal record on your deadlift. Your cardio will be developed enough to run that 5k, 10K, or marathon and to chase your kids and dogs from here to there. You will have agility, accuracy, balance and coordination that will allow you to complete your obstacle race with ease or to catch yourself before you slip and fall on ice. No matter what you choose to do, you will be prepared and ready to go.
