10 rounds for max reps:

30 seconds of Burpees

30 seconds rest

30 seconds of DB Thrusters (35,25 in each hand)

30 seconds rest

30 seconds of Double Unders

30 seconds rest

**One round is the above.  You will rotate through the exercises until 10 rounds of each have been completed.  Your 3 scores will be the total number of burpees, thrusters, and DU.
