We are excited to announce that this week will begin our Level 1 (experienced CrossFit athletes) and Level 2 (beginner level athletes) and Combined Level 1/Level 2 (all experience levels). The purpose is to make everyone feel comfortable in a class that feels right for them.
We feel that CrossFit is for everyone and our mission at CrossFit Julia is to: Provide YOU the most OUTSTANDING CrossFit experience ever! We hope that you love the concept as much as we do 🙂
WOD -Level 2 for time:
30 Double Unders
10,9,8,7,6,5,4,3,2,1 -Shoulder to Overhead (135,95)
Mod 1: 115/75
Mod 2: 95/65
*In this workout EACH of the 10 rounds begins with 30 jump rope double unders and ends with a 200m run
WOD – Level 1 for time:
10,9,8,7,6,5,4,3,2,1 -Barbell Shoulder to Overhead (75,55)
Mod 1: 65/35, banded pullups
Mod 2: 45/15, jumping pullups
In this workout EACH of the rounds ends with a 200m run.
