For time:
100 Ground 2 overhead w/ plate(25/15)
80 abmat sit-ups
60 jumping squats (25/15)
40 grasshoppers
20 burpees
40 grasshoppers
60 jumping squats (25/15)
80 abmat sit-ups
100 Ground 2 overheads (25/15)
-While one partner works the other holds a plank (straight arms). A Rep does not count if the partner fails to hold the plank for the entire rep.

MOD 2 squat (10, no weight) -knees allowed on plank
