Reverse TABATA Ring holds

(hold yourself up on rings. 10 seconds on, 20 seconds off, 8 rounds)


50 Evil Wheels (go for Highest quality possible vs. speed)



AMRAP in 12 minutes of:

Run 200m

12 Toes to Bar

12 Overhead Squats (medium weight)


**Goal is to go unbroken on all sets if possible, which may not be as you start to fatigue. Try to hang on. Modify toes to bar with hanging leg raises or v-ups.
