WOD: Athlete choice today… Do it solo or make it a partner WOD.  If you partner up, split the reps evenly, switching at the halfway mark, and do man-makers while your partner works.

30 Sumo Deadlift High Pulls (75,55)

30 Box Jumps (20″)… NOT A TYPO

30 Push Press (75,55)

30 Calorie Row

30 Push-ups

10 Back Squats (Bodyweight)


**Modify as necessary. For Back squat, choose 3/4BW or 1/2 BW. If you are with a partner, choose an appropriate “bodyweight” between the two of you.
